in the trenches of covid, with the kind of space i could only afford in malaysia, i learned to love plants (original, i know) — specifically succulents. i have since abandoned it on my move to singapore as manhandling gravel in a tiny common room seemed unwise. and so, here lies my pledge to get back to it and gift the first cd to pay me enough for a little more room, a little su ann succy arrangement.
